Valid ID is required for entry. At this time, this also excludes children and babies accompanied by parents. We are primarily a bar and function as such. We play some music with vulgar language and display imagery that includes sexuality and violence. Above all, our clientele needs to feel free to let their freak flags fly, and children make this difficult and uncomfortable for many. We love kids but please don’t try to bring them to our bar! You will not be permitted entry.

Yes, we love all black attire! But it is not a requirement whatsoever. If you want to wear a band tee, lingerie, a costume, a ballgown, scrubs, or bright rainbow colors... it’s all welcome! Dress up, dress down… Just be yourself.

Reservations can be booked via our online booking platform, calling us directly, or shooting us an email. Please note we always recommend checking online first, the availability is always accurate and up to date! Parties 6 or more must be booked through an employee, as we do require a credit card on file to hold a large table. This is not a deposit- you will only be charged if you violate our cancellation policy.

For example, if you make a reservation at 7pm, you will have the table until 9pm. Sometimes there is some wiggle room here, so you can discuss seating times with your server. If you aren’t quite ready to leave us, we would gladly continue to serve you in our bar area. Thank you for respecting our staff and other patrons!

Based on availability, you can reserve our lounge, dining room, or both for private events and parties. Pricing will vary based on day of the week, party size, and staff required, so please feel free to contact us at noir.reservations@gmail.com for more information.

Our staff and customers are essentially our family. There will be zero tolerance for any hateful speech or offensive actions. And keep your hands to yourself! If our staff wants you to touch them, they’ll ask 😊
